Unfortunately, nothing is safe from bullshit here: Carbs, fats, protein, fruits, and even vegetables. Oh, you think I’m just making stuff up for some cheap laughs?

Anyway, getting back on topic: high protein diets have long been associated with causing several health issues. Most notably, kidney damage, bone loss, and even cancer.
